Anne Kitchens is a dedicated trial attorney with experience litigating in both state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels. She specializes in business law and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Anne represented foster youth in Los Angeles, where she handled complex, multi-party trials involving sensitive issues in the Los Angeles County dependency system. Anne has worked closely with law enforcement and government agencies on high-stakes, multi-agency investigations, and has successfully advocated for statewide policy changes to better serve her clients.

While in law school, Anne served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Grimes at the California Court of Appeal. Anne was also a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review, where she published articles on topics related to international law and human rights. Additionally, Anne was selected to join Loyola Law School’s Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic, where she successfully argued for the stay of removal of an asylum seeker before a panel of Ninth Circuit judges.

Anne has remained active in civic engagement, and has worked with California state officials to ensure statewide compliance with election law. She is admitted to practice in the State of California.
