- Defended Touchstone and Brightpoint in California Court of Appeal; obtained published opinion upholding trial court’s dismissal for lack of general or specific jurisdiction, finding plaintiff cannot assert jurisdiction through Touchstone and Brightpoint’s California-based parent company, Ingram Micro.
